Is the department responsible of after sales services to the client starting from the safe unpacking of the unit, proper installation, preventive maintenance and regular follow up visits to fix the defected unit which is done by the section of biomedical engineers and application specialists, solve the operation trouble shooting, helping the clients making their orders which is done by the section of application specialists beside their role in the promotion.
